What to build first — and what to cut
A good MVP includes only what is needed to test your core hypothesis (investment, sales, or user validation). We keep the essential login/payment/admin flows and defer edge cases, extra options, and “nice to have” features to after validation. Trying to build everything at once multiplies cost and delays launch.
MVP cost and timeline
Scope decides price. A lean web MVP maps to our Web Business package, an app MVP to App Lite (₩5,800,000, ~14 days) or App Standard with members/payments/admin (₩9,800,000, ~21 days). AI or complex settlement moves into the App AI (₩13,800,000) tier. All prices are fixed and VAT-included, disclosed before we start — no hidden fees.
How ownership is handed over
On delivery we transfer the full source code, Git repository, deployment rights, and store accounts to your name. You can move to another team or run it yourself — never locked to one vendor. We also give 1:1 training so a non-developer founder can make simple edits directly, and the codebase is structured to extend on the same base after validation.

Our lean MVP starts from ₩5,800,000 (VAT included), scaling to ₩9,800,000 for an app with members, payments, and an admin panel. Final pricing depends on scope, which we fix and disclose before starting.
How long does it take to launch an MVP?
Typically about 14–30 days depending on scope. App Lite is around 14 days, App Standard around 21 days. If you have an investor or demo-day deadline, we scope the build to fit it.
Do I receive the full source code?
Yes — always. Full source code, repository, deployment rights, and store accounts are transferred to you, plus 1:1 operation training. No lock-in.
